Better Body Group Exercise Classes

All classes will be held in the studio at TrainATL. Each class is $100 and consists of 4 sessions (once a week for 4 weeks) that will last 45min to an hour and will focus on progressing through a special area of focus.

 

Classes are limited to 6 spots to provide an intimate setting to allow for close supervision, instructions, attention to proper form, and modifications to exercises as needed. Participants may ask questions; however, this class is not intended to diagnose or treat illness or injury. If you have a medical condition, you may be advised to seek medical attention from a healthcare professional.
